Love the dress but the sizing is not accurate

I ordered a size 3 to 4 years & it’s way too big. The quality is great & it’s great value for money but please work on the sizing. I had to spend more money on alterations.

Nicely done but Sizing is completely off, it can fit an adult size 28. Returning or exchanging is also a nightmare. I sent a request to return ages ago, to date I haven't heard anything. I'm now sitting with a big dress that cannot fit and I'm not able to return
